I found a yoga challenge on one of my "mommy groups" today. I normally only do yoga once or twice a week, and this will have me doing it every day for a month. Part of me is apprehensive of giving up my cardio workouts (I won't have time to do both, as these routines range from 40-60 minutes), but I've read that yoga can be very beneficial to weight loss. I'm willing to give it a try. Yoga is what got me back on my weight loss journey, so it only makes sense. =)
