Today I consumed 30 net carbs, and tomorrow i have my meals planned out for 30 net carbs.

I'm analyzing me eating to figure out ways i can cut some things out that I'm eating.

Did my 30 minute walk with interval running every 3:00 minutes. felt good.

Maybe that's too high still? Read your last post about not experiencing the weight loss yet. I just joined the site, so I don't have a food history available, but for instance today, my net carbs was under 5 grams. On the other hand, my fat intake is probably way too high, so I'm actually not feeling as hungry as I should, and my total calories for the day seem a wee bit low.
