It is so hard not to eat at night. I have eaten most of my daily calories after 4 today, which is a no no! I think I should eat more for a snack and lunch and then maybe the evening cravings will subside.

 Comments
Eat more fat and less sugars? (carbs) I feel full far faster and it lasts longer when I eat a high fat snack, like a piece of butter cheese or summer sausage. Kills the hunger pangs quickly, so I end up eating far fewer calories overall. Those high carb items spike my blood sugar, then disappear quickly into the cells, leaving me hungry again quickly.
