Cinnamon Crumble, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Chobani). Lunch: Cut & Peeled Baby Carrots, Miracle Whip Light (Kraft), Diet Coke (Can), Chunk Chicken Breast Canned, Reduced Fat Colby-Jack Cheese Sticks. Dinner: Tomatoes, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Olive Oil, Zucchini, Dried Sunflower Seed Kernels, Light Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing, baby romaine lettuce, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Cheddar Cheese. Snacks/Other: Roast Beef, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Chobani), Quaker Cereal 100% Natural Granola Oats, Honey & Almonds, Reduced Fat Colby-Jack Cheese Sticks. more...
