I have 8 days to make my goal of 183.5, I'm at 184.3, I am optimistic, because it looks good to go. That'll be 15 lbs in 3 months, and I will be down 30 lbs by the end of October. If I were to lose 7.5 lbs. every month like I did in May, I would be at my goal weight over all. If I do, great and if not I will persevere. The point of this whole thing after all is quality of life, enjoying my life more and getting stronger, for me and the people I love. So if I go party once in awhile, all the better.
