Company came for a week - I love entertaining and serving food - when they left I was two pounds up - not that is off and one more pound. It's slow going but I'm definitely in a good place and remain motivated!
253.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
