Lotus's Journal, 11 February 2008

Well, yesterday the scale said 134.2, today it said 134.4, so I went ahead and recorded it. It's way to soon to proclaim a plateau, and I am hoping for at least a 2 pound loss this week. I am going to step up my workout routine, i kind of slacked a little in intensity this past week. I'm pretty happy, I am in pants that didn't fit me a month ago, so it's progress. Still dreaming of those skinny jeans though, lol!
Hubby has been pouring on the compliments, so that makes me feel pretty good.

way to go on the weight loss an workouts..i was reading yesterday when you hit a plateau..add more cardio, or change someting to get off the plateau..i agree with you on the feeling you get when you can get into clothes that didnt fit last week...lol..way to go
