So, I've been lingering around quite a bit above 175lbs although I promised myself never to get up there EVER AGAIN. That says a lot about my commitment. I felt so awesome around 170lbs and even gave myself a little slack to go up to 173lbs on certain days of the month but what I've been doing lately just isn't acceptable ANY LONGER...I've not been recording my food and have been going over my calories. On top of that I've been eating sweets during the week although I used to save this privilege only for the weekend (Saturday) and my carb intake has been way too much as well. This is it...I've had it and I'm getting back down in weight RIGHT NOW!!!
