Yep, Yesterday I blew it.
I had taco bell for lunch (was 2:30 and a co-worker was on her way in and stopping by I was starving, so I caved and had a chalupa and a taco. Then I had two cookies, Then for dinner my hubby realy wanted Hamburger Helper. He has had a rough couple of days so I made him hamburger helper and I made chicken for myself. Chicken on the george foreman while I was browning he burger, started to smell something funny, figured something dropped on the oven, kept smelling it, Dang it I forgot about the chicken and it was beyond salvageable.
So I had hamburger helper with my husband, Then I was going to go work out but my stomach had other ideas. I think it was yelling at me for completely changing my eating from the last few months to nothing but crap yesterday. SO needless to say i spent a bunch of time in the bathroom and did not make it to the gym.

So Yesterday was NOT a good day for me, BUT today will be better. Nothing I can do to change it so I have to learn from it and make better choices today.

Its funny how once your body gets use to good real food it rebels against crap. I have that same issue with Mcdonalds food. Best laxative ever.

I have the same "laxative" moment when I have a coffee. Totally messes up my system. And yet, I still want coffee! LOL

I feel terrible if I'm eating on my plan for a long time, then have a day of bad eating. My tummy always yells at me and makes me regret the whole day. Hope you're feeling better and have a good Friday!

You are right. Today will be better. I love all of those "foods" discussed abuve: McDonald's, coffee, and Hamburger Helper. At one time or another we have had a great many of those "helper" meals at our house. Tuna Helper, Skillet Lasagna, 4 Cheese Macaroni Melt. Sigh! Need I go on?

Don't beat yourself up too much! I eat crap ALL THE TIME. I mean, I stay on plan pretty well, but this past month with not smoking I have EATEN SOME SERIOUS CRAP. I wasn't uberbinging, but I was eating like 1700, 1800 calories a day. And I wasn't losing weight. I just recently got on track again. I would not even worry about one day of Taco Bell, Helper and cookies. So you effed up a little, you ate the crap, you paid for it, and now it's time to dust off your butt, get up, and eat well and work out again. So it happens! It happens to me ALL THE TIME! I am still trying to string together one entire week of hitting my RDI every day - I still keep working on it! One day of endulging is not going to do you in. I'm proud of you and also proud of your honesty and your willingness to share your human side.
