I've increased my food intake last week and the scale showed a 4 lb. drop this morning. I guess that's what I needed to do!

1612 kcal Fat: 50.44g | Prot: 98.85g | Carb: 196.67g.   Breakfast: lean ground beef unsalted, Tortilla spinach, shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, lettuce. Lunch: Oikos, Ancient Grains Bread, mixed fruits frozen, 2% milk, Margarine (Vegetable Oil, 20% Fat), cucumber. Dinner: baked french fries, Mango salad dressing, Italian Turkey Sausage, garden salad. Snacks/Other: Almonds, banana, cherry. more...
