July 18, wt back up two lbs, but that's the way it goes. I think I was missing one of my meds when it went down so fast- the one that relaxes veins and incidentally causes water to pool in feet and ankles, maybe 2 lbs worth! Still, waist down to 38 from 43 over this interval, and clothes fitting much better, a few getting a little too big. I hope to be down a lot more by Christmas. Wt loss will slow as the months go by, Maybe 175by Sept 30, 170 October 31, 165 November 30, 159 December.
But the mythology of wt aside, what matters is that my blood sugar this morning was 89! That will help the A1C test results, and blood pressure 111/61, a number my doctor will like.
