Today was Stretch X for me. Had a little issue with my disc playing- so I downloaded a torrent half-way through the stretching. I didn't want to abandon my routine just because the disc glitched and wouldn't move halfway through. Found a good site to download safely from- so that I may share this with my friends when they see how well things are going for me at the end of 90days. It also has worksheets-but I downloaded the PDF worksheets from beachbody.com...ANYWAY--stretching was good. well--got to do my own "recovery shake". 3 tbs whey protein isolate, 1 or 2 tsp Bee pollen, 1 tbs algae/phyoto nutrient powder. so far it has proven to be very supportive and interestingly enough, it does have the 4 to 1 ratio of protein to carbs...and absolutely not refined sugar of any type. GRANTED, it IS an acquired taste. so don't get this and think that it's going to be the most Delicious Snozberries EVAR!! gotta go eat...mmm flax foccacia bread..get it from my cookbook!! nothing like a voloopsie roll...and wayyy easier to make!
