My life is in turmoil right now... and my emotional eating is not healthy, but it is a coping mechanism.

When my life straightens out (hopefully soon)... I will get back on track. I just hope not too much weight/damage happens before then.
228.2 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
