This is it! I had almost two months of fat eating after cal graduation and I have gained 15lbs!!!

GOAL:
LOSE 10-13 lbs in 3 WEEKS!!

GOING HARDCORE!
Mission : AUGUST 8 (165-168)

I did the same thing! In about 6 weeks, I had put on about 10lb. For me, I need to track my intake on FatSecret. Otherwise it's like a free-for-all and I pay no attention to the mountain of food I'm shoving in my mouth. Losing 10 - 13lb in 3 weeks? That doesn't sound like a healthy approach... What's your plan? Some sort of liquid detox program? I'd be afraid to do something like that because I'd gain it all back plus more, when the detox was over... :-/
