Okay, it was my birthday and I spent 3 days camping on the river and fishing. Ate hot dogs, peanuts, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, etc. Overall, I'm happy I only gained 2 pounds and I'm sure at least half of that is water weight.

Back to being good now.
195.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 60.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
