Tuesday...again!

Since I don't really remember what I was ranting & raving about in my original entry...I get to start over/fresh! You guys are so great...putting up with my endless journal entries.

So, as I finish my lunch, all I can think about is what's for supper...go figure...LOL! Maybe that has to do with the fact that my lunches are almost always left overs (encore presentations per Sandy...LOL, still love that phrase), I guess that makes sense...anyway, sometimes/lots of times, that's how I decide whats for supper...by what I would like to have for lunch next. LOL...who is it that put me in charge anyway....oh yeah, that must have been me, actually I don't recall having any competition for the job either.

Since it's so darn hot & humid today, cooking on the grill needs a break, so tacos/burritos it is, (Wednesday lunch is guess what), since more of the same weather is for tomorrow, shrimp primavera comes to mind (Thursday lunch), by Thursday night we can use the grill again I hope cause I think brats sounds good for Friday lunch don't you? Somewhere in there I need to squeek in making up a chicken pasta salad to take on the boat for the weekend. So I guess it's to the grocery store tonight for me.

I picked some more zucchini this morning & 2 tiny little itsy bitsy cucumbers, that is after I watered, & watered & watered (the watering will have to be repeated tonight too...96 for today). So, all I had time for was 25 min on the eliptical...BUT, it was a very hot & sweaty 25 min...Whew! Maybe a nice slow bike ride for doggie girl tomorrow morning, between waterings that is.

Sound like you'll be needing a bike ride THROUGH the water with the weather you've been having. Wish I could send you some of the thunderstorm-produced rain that's falling here right now...
