Howdy to all my FS buddies and friends. I hope you are having a wonderfully splendid and carb free day. Wow, I feel incredible today. Was able to get calories up yesterday w/o affecting my carbs. I spent most of yesterday eating and drinking my water. I was so darned hungry and thirsty all day!
Ended up drinking right at 140 oz. Whew!
Spilling large amounts of ketones so I can't wait to weigh in this week. Regardless of what it is, I know I am doing it right and feel good.
Will try to duplicate yesterdays #s. Peace

Wow! Thats great Keli,way to go.Yes,I feel great also,making adjustments to the fat so that will affect my carbs better its nice and wonderful to know we are doing this right,tomorrow I weigh and don't expect much of a change but next week hopefully I'll see.But whatever comes along I'll take..............Peace is a good word

That is wonderful Keli!!! SAWEET! Thank you for the water challenge...I am working hard to get in keytosis...I am working on 48oz now and eating lean low carb...I am not doing net carbs so I am hoping for a major drop on Old Betty! I am so excited for us for all of us!!! Healthy and fab...YES YES YES thanks again!!!

Awesome, Keli. You are truly an inspiration to us all. I don't think I can drink that much water, but I am trying to get my water amounts up. I tend to get busy, then realize I haven't been srinking enough. I keep my eco canteen with me all the time, but it doesn't help if I forget to drink. Then my lips get chapped, my mouth dries out, and I am dying for a drink of water to slake my thirst. I will try to do better. Thanks for all your encouragement and help!

AUGH! This stupid website is tickin me off. I have been fighting to post a journal entry like 10 times and it keeps coming back in error. What have I gotten myself into? That is the million dollar question right now. My daughter's softball team is playing a competition against the boys baseball team on Saturday. Everyone was asked to volunteer to bring food. Guess what I offered to bring? Homemade chocolate chip cookies (my daughter makes killer cookies), brownies (my specialty), and a few bags of chips. Now, WHAT IN THE HECK WAS I THINKING? There will be plenty of friendly foods there (hamburgers - no nuns, weenies, salad) but still, I get to spend Friday night smelling the aromas of sugar and chocolate. Gotta be like little Thomas. I think I can, I think I can, I will!

Maybe, just maybe, if you drink a TON of water while the cookies are baking you will feel so full, you won't eat any. Or you could wear a clothes pin on your nose LOL...My hubby makes cookies all the time-I make him cook while I am at work. At least the smell is gone by the time I get home. You'll do fine Keli-knowing ahead of time and making an plan of attack is half the battle! You CAN do it :)

Thank you dear. I know I can. Just need to be in the right frame of mind. No more frustration excuses. Just gotta do it. Have to remind myself that they will harm me more than I will enjoy them.

Theres a saying Keli..." a moment on the lips a lifetime on the hips" you will do great I am sure. I have tried several times to post a journal or reach a buddy, I report it each time maybe that way they will fix the problem.

When I am full it really helps overcome temptation. I also drink a chocolate shake when I am craving chocolate and that helps me. Maybe you can take a shake with you. If you make a plan and expect to have cravings you will be OK. When all else fails prayer WORKS!
