Sometimes it takes a couple of "test starts" before we really connect and find our groove. Don't fret giving in to a craving - you still posted a 3 lb loss! Good for you!

Thanks Evelyn! I do feel now that I am in the groove again and feel great about that 3 pounds! I havent seen the scale budge down in almost a year so this is wonderful to me. Thanks.

Welcome back!!! Sorry to hear about all the woes ... life is sometimes really challenging. Always wonderful to see "old' buddies return. I'm still here ... weight up and down and down and up ... but then this is a life long journey for me!! Good to see you!!
