Friday the 13th spooky! I wish it would stop raining everyday after work, I need to get my run in! Maybe that's why I'm over eating when I get home from work? A break in my normal routine? I don't know, nor care what the reason is, I need to stop eating over my RDI. And that starts NOW. :)
101.8 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
