Started new eating plan several weeks ago, while in Las Vegas.
Based on the book "What, When, Water."
New starting weight was 247 lbs.
231.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 81.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   gaining 0.2 lb a week
