Today I kind of feel as if I have stalled. My weight is kind of going back and forth but I have started to do a little activity. Its not much but I have been walking up and down my stairs at home. I look at myself in the mirror and I like what I am seeing but the scale not so much!! I try not to get all worked up over the scale and focus on how I look and how my clothes fit or dont fit (only because I have not gotten new clothes for my size). My stomach is my biggest challenge I guess. I will just keep focusing and eating right!!!

Remember one pound of fat is pretty gigantic. So, don't feel like what you're losing isn't enough.
