So I went on vacation last week and seemed to gain 3 pounds. Not too sure why, I really watched what I ate and I even halfed my birthday cake slice with my daughter! We went to Taos, so we spent a lot of time outside and "in the wilderness". I'm so frustrated. Going to the doctor friday to have my levels taken. It doesn't make sense.
