Today I am half way to my target weight. I lost 21.8 kg of planned 43 kg.Yeah.
Well, it will probably take another week until the weight stays below 101.5 kg, but still I am excited.
223.1 lb Lost so far: 48.1 lb.    Still to go: 46.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
