Something interesting happened this weekend. Was feeling some stress and headed to the kitchen and reached into the pantry to grab a granola bar. I stopped just as I got my hand in the box. Pulled my hand out and actually thought about what I was doing and why. Questioned if I was really hungry or not. I've never done that before, actually stopped and thought about it. I've always been pretty mindless about it. I know that sounds weird. Good news, I decided I wasn't hungry and I left it in the box.
