I'm watching what I eat but I still gained 2 lbs this weekend. I need to increase my exercise.

Are you tracking how many carbs, protein, and fat you're consuming; to see if what you're eating fit your goals? If these are good and you're exercising and drinking lots of water; maybe you're adding a little mass of muscle--that's a good thing.
