Draglist's Journal, 27 July 2014

Ate almost 2100 calories yesterday, but lots of fresh fruit, veggies, and protein. Today, I woke up at 201.8 then did a full weight lifting workout, a hard hour on the treadmill (soaked in sweat!), and did not break my fast until 3pm. Hoped to surpass yesterday's 198.0, but didn't... got 198.8. Hey, I'll live with it! Had an absolutely delicious blueberry, banana, chocolate (protein powder) and kale smoothie for 'brunch' and will have grilled chicken breasts for dinner. Since I'm starting so late, should be able to pack a lot of fullness and nutrients into a few hours at low calories.

Here are the 7/27/14 Tanita Numbers (post 16:8 fast, post weight lifting and one hour treadmill, water and body fat numbers skewed by overnight dehydration):

Weight - 198.8
Goal Weight (10% BF) - 186.0

Total body fat lbs. - 31.4
Total body water % - 60.1

Muscle mass lbs. - 159.2
Physique rating - 6
Bone mass lbs. - 8.2
Daily calories: 3897 (RDI 2189)
Metabolic age - 24

Interesting. Note to Kathy... do strength first then walk. I also noticed that I sweat more when on the bike vs walking.
