FREAKED OUT yesterday when I got on the scale and up nearly a pound and today as well. Had to go get index done, body fat down, muscle and water up considerably. Don't usually journal but wanted to encourage anyone else experiencing this that it is good. At some point The weight will begin to drop again. Remember friends that the more muscle you have the more fat and calories are burned even while sleeping.

You are right and I don't mind getting muscles and on some weeks, because of that, losing weight slower. I notice that I am much stronger and I like it.

I've been exercising really hard and the scale has been wonky. It won't move much, then drops. The scale doesn't always show our efforts right away. Many times it can take days/weeks to show up. So I'm gonna keep going. I know water weight and muscle edema mess with the scale.
