It's nice that you like your food. :) I used to hate my oatmeal, but I have been eating it for a year and started liking it. What would I do without it? It lowered my cholesterol! :)

Hehe, yeah! I love it. :D Mmmm... Maybe I should eat oatmeal too! :) Do you eat if for breakfast?

I make my oatmeal with water so I don't have any calories from milk. I usually eat it for breakfast, but if I have to go somewhere in the morning, I eat oatmeal for lunch. I have a friend who eats it after dinner as a snack. You would have to eat less calories earlier in the day to keep the calories for an after dinner snack.

I have oatmeal for dinner when my family has something that I don't eat. I make it with a cup of almond milk. Unsweetened has 48 calories per cup and it's low carb and non dairy. I do that because I don't like it with water. My kids have it for breakfast with oat milk and rice milk and sweetened with half a mashed banana in it! It is so much healthier than those sugary cereals out there!
