Happy Hump Day!
Another .2 pounds. Steady progress.

I was weighing myself after my morning bike ride. At times even at a slower speed, if the wind from Palos Verdes is strong, it is NOT a leisurely ride and I get back drenched! My losses fluctuated as a result so now I weigh myself before the ride, coffee or the bathroom.

Do you have a time to weigh in?
238.2 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 73.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just as a foreigner i cannot get used to the phrase hump day... Lol... To me has all different meanings

I always heard that your truest weight is right when you wake up in the morning, so I always weigh myself right before I hope in the shower.

LOL My hubby has different ideas to what hump day means as well LOLOL but I agree i weigh myself in the morning before shower

My doctor told me that you should always weigh yourself first thing after waking up. So I weigh every other day, right after emptying my bladder, and removing my pj.

WTG on your hump day loss! I hate wind gusts during a bike ride! Even more so if you're going up hill and it is going against you, and that hill is very long...ahh.

Thanks for the input on when to weigh in. I think my weight loss fluctuations will be less but I would really like to get a 2 pound loss tomorrow! And my friend, you may not be used the words Hump Day but eventually you will be like me forgetting what the day after Tuesday is LOL. Fludderbye, your husband and I would probably getting along since he probably likes to crack jokes and is a smart ass like me. ;) And thanks for the support. I can't wait to get back to my old sexy self! :) About the bike ride, yeah at times it gets windy usually going North and Huntington Beach doesn't allow buildings on the beach side of Pacific Coast Highway so there is no wind block but it is never too bad...just enough to piss you off when you wake up tired. As most of you know, I live right across from the beach so it's my favorite form of exercise and when it's windy, I make a big circle on the boardwalk/bike path and first head right into the wind. Makes the trip back pretty sweet. Again, have a great Hump Day and keep the focus.

I weigh in at 6:00 in the morning. I try to keep it consistent, but your weight varies throughout the day.

I weigh every morning, but I hope that when I reach my goal weight that I can relax and only weigh once a week. On vacation I don't think people would weigh in. lol
