I'll try to make sure my meals are at least 400 calories and snacks 100-200 calories. That should keep me around 1800 for the day Smile

WAY under RDI%
I'm definitely losing weight, but for the 3 days I have been tracking my calories, I have been way under the RDI%. It originally said I should eat 2400 calories a day, but I changed it to 1800. My calorie intake has been 654-1121 for the 3 days I've been on here. And I'm recording EVERY bite of food to cross my lips. I'm finding that I'm not hungry and I was always eating out of habit or boredom. Is it horrible that I'm not eating that much, but still feeling satisfied? What could be the negative outcomes of not eating enough? I've lost 13.5 lbs in 2 weeks.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself every day when I wake up. I have a chart on the inside of the bathroom cabinet door to monitor my daily weight.
