After baby #2 I was at a staggering 207lbs and wanted to loose all the extra I had gained over the two kids. 145lbs would be nice but I think I'll be happy settling at 155lbs.
Starting work early got me started on realizing that I needed to loose the weight. I could see everyone else was thin and I wasn't getting the you look great comment after coming back so that was my cue. I was 120lbs at one point in life but I was 19 so that isn't realistic! So my goal weight should be at it's most realistic now.
I work as a receptionist so it can be very stationary and you might like to snack! So this is helping me stay focused and in the know as to what I'm getting in calories! It can be shocking!
I like to be aware of my food in take and for some one that loves food I now choose to eat things that are more worth eating and not just okay! I still go to McDonald's, Pizza Hut and have chocolate bars but now I look at what I am eating in calories! Hug shock so much for corn chips being the healthy option! I'll stick to my fries potato chips thanks! Not being so strict is helping too, I splurge at least one day a week ie: Pizza Hut and all. Gets you over that hump everyone worries about.
