After baby #2 I was at a staggering 207lbs and wanted to loose all the extra I had gained over the two kids. 145lbs would be nice but I think I'll be happy settling at 155lbs.
Starting work early got me started on realizing that I needed to loose the weight. I could see everyone else was thin and I wasn't getting the you look great comment after coming back so that was my cue. I was 120lbs at one point in life but I was 19 so that isn't realistic! So my goal weight should be at it's most realistic now.
I work as a receptionist so it can be very stationary and you might like to snack! So this is helping me stay focused and in the know as to what I'm getting in calories! It can be shocking!
I like to be aware of my food in take and for some one that loves food I now choose to eat things that are more worth eating and not just okay! I still go to McDonald's, Pizza Hut and have chocolate bars but now I look at what I am eating in calories! Hug shock so much for corn chips being the healthy option! I'll stick to my fries potato chips thanks! Not being so strict is helping too, I splurge at least one day a week ie: Pizza Hut and all. Gets you over that hump everyone worries about.

What has been your greatest diet success? I have found that with my cutting calories I have been doing very well.30lbs now! Trying not to go back to old habits of not watching what I'm eating can be hard. I do feel as though I'm healthier for it! It is too bad that all the easier food out there is so over processed and simply not good for ya! It tastes great BUT it would kinda have to after sitting on a shelf while most people would consider any other thing bad. Still I have to splerge once in a while!Rolling Eyes

Calories!
Count the calories in some things we think are a healthy choice! Like mixed nuts,or corn chips, or even banana chips! Granola bars! Don't do it! Look at all the calorie info on things you'll be shocked! Women need about 2000 or so calories a day to loose some weight For me it's about 1900 so I try to keep it under that and it has been working great! I suggest anyone not having any luck loosing weight to just start adding up the calories and look at what happens.

You go to your weight history and under the first box on the right hand side of the screen there is another box, in there you can change your diet, start weight,and more. good luck!
