I have been pregnant and/or breastfeeding since July of 2008, and I'm just now at the point where I am no longer intimately providing for babies on a daily basis.
I have gained 70 pounds over these past 3 years, and I'd like to lose it all in the next 10 months by following a low calorie diet, religiously tracking my food intake, and trying to get exercise wherever I can.
I desperately need to get my body back before I get used to all this extra weight!
