GilmoreGirl's top tips
1.
Only eat when hungry!
2.
Stop eating when you feel satisfied. (On a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being really uncomforably full and 1 being starving, stop eating around 5)
3.
Cut out meat and dairy completely. Transition to this slowly, or overnight. Whatever works for you!
4.
Cut out refined grains and sugar. Switch to complex carbohydrates.
5.
Exercise. Move! Get some type of focused activity in most days of the week (that means at least four days, every week)
6.
Enjoy your food! Chew slowly. Really focus on the taste, texture, everything.
