1.Eat slowly, put your food or fork down between each bite.
2.Try to keep your meals around 400 calories, this will help you stay below your recommended daily intake.
3.Don't deny yourself anything, just take a smaller portion
4.Drink water, lots of it. Always have a glass or bottle by your side in case hunger sneaks in.
5.Eat what you like but don't be afraid to try new things.
