I use Internal Bliss cookbook for all stages. I plan to go through all stages in 30 days. Do read the book GAPS by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride. this is a very brief outline of stages. | 4. | stage 4: all of the above and add seed and nut breads, pancakes, peanut butter,GAPS Smoothies and milkshakes. may last a few days. if feeling well then move on. |
