Today makes 5 straight days of running which is a first for me since I usually break my running days with other cardio exercises. Legs feels like 20 lb weights about now lol, so I'll do some light cycling tomorrow.

Grrr I wish there were a way to record my macro nutrient goals rather than just having the program focus on calories though I am glad it does show the break down. Goals at present: Carbs - 200g = 800cals Protein - 83g = 332kcals Fat - 22g = 198kcal Total kcal = 1330
