Shin Splints
Has anyone dealt with shin splints? I don't want to stop running every other day because I don't want to lose my motivation. Any suggestions?:(

BMI
Ur right...My BMI shows that I shud weigh around 135...Haven't been that size since 2000...I'm thinking that its only bc of my height (5'1)...I dnt want 2 lose no more than 140-145...anything ...

If you are eating a "balanced" diet with fruits and veggies, then you probably don't need them. Google the RDI for specific nutrients for your age and read food labels to see how close you ...

Proteins
I have read you should eat at least 90 gr of protein every day so you wont burn off muscle. If you combine ths with 50 gr of carbs and 20 gr of fat,you will loose. Hard to do tho
