How often should I eat?
I undertand that my meals on the zone should not be more than 5 hours apart, does that include at night time. I mean should I try and not sleep for more than 5 hours at once so that I eat on this sort ...

Theres a wondefull app for iphone very usefull for zone dieters. Its name 40-30-30. try it you can measure almost everything by entering the fat , the carbs, and the protein your meal has. Good luck!!!
