What is REALLY efficient when it comes to weight loss - sustainable weight loss - is to lower your calorie intake and/or up your calorie burn. That's really all you need to do.
Personally, I'd never spend a dime on any weight loss promoting product. There are no short cuts, just do what you know is right.
