Well, I was playing around with the exercise area and boy did I goof up some how!
I sure didn't play badminton for 8 hours!
So, if you see it ignore it.............wasn't done. Just how do you get that off? I tried and tried???

You can either add or subtract time spent on any activity. If you subtract the amount that is in error, it will go away.

We take that stuff seriously here, so you better get out there and find a badminton game that you can jump into for the next 8 hours!!!
No, but really, like eKatherine said, if you just click on the activity in your diet calendar, it will give you a drop-down menu to either "increase by" or "reduce by" any number of hours/minutes.

Even though fat doesn't count in Atkins, it can cause you to gain or not lose weight if you consume too much. Be careful of over eating this nutrient. ie: cream, cream cheese.
