I generally lose around 6-8kg and keep the weight off for a couple of years, then need the tablets again. Unfortunately, my recent ill health has meant my new medication has ballooned my body out, so am back on the duromine tabs a lot sooner

Good luck! I weigh in every day which has to stop. It is too easy to get caught up in the excitement of seeing the scale drop so much in a week-that is because of water weight I am sure.
