I have only just discovered fatsecret & I love it. It is just what I have been looking for as I also have the app. on my phone which means I have no excuse for not noting anything I eat/drink. I have carried on eating as normal and have been quite astounded by the amount of fat that I have been consuming. I think I always knew it would be high but to see it written down is a different story. Thank you fatsecret, you are my new friend & I shall be telling other people about you. Smile

I too have the app on my phone, the diet calander really gives you an idea of how balanced you are with calories in and exercise/activities done.
Congrats on finding it... and best of luck.

I updated my phone the other day and had to reinstall the app - it is so much better now as you can see your food, exercise, RDI and % remaining on your screen all the time - so no excuses....although this did not deter me yesterday....but normally I'm really good lol!

The importance of setting your Recommended Daily Intake RDI
I agree... If you stick with the default you will most likely not see the results you want. I adjust my calorie range for every 5-10 pounds lost. I need to redo mine today.
