Ride a cycile to work every day!
It really works off the pounds, makes you fitter, saves a shed load of petrol costs. After a while you'll get to liking it, expecially when you see the effect its having on your body shape

Hi, I agree.
I try to use my bike as often as possible & that includes throwing a rucksack on my back & going shopping.
My fitness level, weight loss & my moral are just what the doctor ordered
I'm loving it & now I'm looking forward to buying a brand new bike in the new year.

Best Exercises
Good decision but you should include squats also for 10-15 mins. This will help you to build your bogy and even lose weight also. Adding squats to the exercise have many other benefits also.
