Hey in the same boat - newbie that likes what he sees, 33 from Ohio (just the other side of Lake Erie) married with 2 kids.
Not sure how much weight I need to shed I just want to look a little better poolside. My goal is 20lbs but that's really just a guess. Never had to battle my weight but middle age is catching up with me so I need to start being healthier.
Loving the Calorie Counter app. That tracking what's in what I eat plus helping track my exercise is how I hope to motivate myself to eat better, keep exercising and get healthy!

Hey I'm 42 and I am a newbie on this site. I joined roughly a week ago and have lost 6 pounds. I am not new to calorie counting of which I have lost a lot of weight in the past;I should have never of fallen off the wagon. I'm here to give it another try with good early results. I need some cc-buddies to make this a lifestyle and not just a quick fix!

Hello, SPhalen79! I've been using fatsecret off and on for over 4 years (had one long stretch in the middle where I went AWOL). I'm from Montreal so we are distant neighbours. Feel free to add me if you'd like
