You can do it. If you need some inspiration, check out the "Before and After" forum posts with pictures. There are some incredible transformations there. Remember to log your food every day no matter what, good days & bad days,log it all. You will learn so much. You might also want to make your food log public. When you run into challenges, others can look at your plan and offer advice. Good luck.

Mix them with some garlic, salt, olive oil, some fresh chopped cilantro and lemon juice... For a more creamy sauce you can add a little bit of low fat mayo and mustard... Or just eat them as they come... ...
