I've always struggled with my motivaton, when it comes to dieting and training, but right now, I feel like I've been getting serious when it comes to losing weight. Every morning I check how much I weigh, and I get more inspiration by looking at the numbers slowly getting smaller. Seeing myself losing weight makes me want to eat healthy and go for a run. I've exercised four times this week already and I eat often but not alot.

I'm hoping some of you have some tricks to share with me, as I am very new to dieting and exercise.

What helps me in the mornings, Is an easy breakfast like scrambled eggs and coffee with stevia tablets, an hour after food I usually go for one and a half hour run. There's barely any calories in coffee, same with the tablets. An easy energy boosting start of the day!

Its great that you are staying motivated! coffee has so many benefits for weight loss and many other diseases as well.
I love my coffee, but I am sure not to add any junk to it.
Along with being a great way to get energy it is also a natural way to suppress the appetite!
Try to add a fair amount of foods that are loaded with B5 to your diet. B5 is a natural fat fighter and is found in foods like salmon, eggs, berries and some greens!
Hope this helps!
Good Luck with your fitness goals!

It really is all about those first two weeks for me, once i start seeing results i am in for the long haul.... I like to just check in on fatsecret when i get home from work and look around the message boards, just to distract myself and get myself on the right course, when i get home from work is always the hardest and that seems to help a lot.
