I need ideas for improving hydration. My % is steady at a low 40.2 and I am pushing as much water as I can stand. I live in Phoenix, Az where we are having 110+ degrees all week. I do drink a LOT of coffee, my own 60/40 blend Columbian/decaf. Water is crucial to weight loss and body functioning. Help! Cool

Club soda with lime juice is always refreshing and it fills you up before meals. I'm not suggesting that you drink it all day but it will help with the hydration.

I've heard that drinking coffee can actually dehydrate you, along with most caffeinated beverages. Maybe try cutting out some coffee and replacing it with more water or decaf tea. I know that's not as easy as it seems, especially when you drink a lot and like it. Just a suggestion. Smile

You're right about the coffee, but they keep alternating on their opinion of whether you can count it towards daily fluid. I have cut down a little, but if too much I get a headache.
