Keep it simple Smile and dont beat yourself up over "good" food and "bad" food.

Eat less, move more. 3500 calories= 1 pound. Cut 500 or burn an extra 500 every day to lose one pound per week. But don't starve yourself thinking less is better. You have to eat to lose weight.
Every day I wake up breathing is a good day!
