Results from the Women's 10000m (10K, 6.2mi) race at the London Olympics. The winning time = 30:20. Wow, those are fast ladies! That time is about what I could come out with a on good day for a race half that distance! Really impressive what some folks are capable of doing.

I know!! Absolutely crazy... I watched that race too, and they just looked so relaxed and nonchalant through the race. Incredible!

Someone who is busier than you is working out right now.
There will come a day when you can no longer do this. Today is not that day.
