Hi, I'm new to this site and would love to hear from some one who has tried this. I have an idea about how it works but couldn't find a decent enough website to provide me with enough information about the rules to it. I'd really appreciate any info you could give me

I don't personally follow it, but you might want to visit
LeanGains
for information on IF.
Particularly the
LeanGains Guide
article to IF protocol.

Do realize that IF is just a meal timing protocol and doesn't hold any special benefits in regards to weight loss. A vast majority of those that utilize the IF protocol do so for the convenience, concentration and performance boost during fasted state, satiety (they prefer big meals) as well as other things that are not directly related to weight loss or body composition.
Meal timing and nutrient partitioning are largely a function of personal preference based on the individual's lifestyle, energy and satiety needs and so on.

I've been on IF for a week now, and I have more energy than ever. I've also started losing weight like crazy and I'm still eating the same amount that I ate before IF. I'm on a 14/10 cycle--14 hour fasting window and 10 hour eating window.

You lost what?!
Ha ha ha, I can't wait to weigh in at the end of the month and see where I am. I imagine I'll be somewhere close to a sperm whale's brain.
